• Study participants will be given a new drug in development, called CLR 125, a targeted radiotherapeutic agent designed to specifically kill cancer cells.
  • The goal of the CLR 125 TNBC study is to identify participant’s tumors and determine the most effective and safest dose of CLR 125 for future trials.
  • CLR 125 is administered intravenously and given 4 times during each 8-week cycle. Each infusion can take up to 45 minutes
  • Participants will be randomly assigned to one of 3 different doses and depending on which dose is assigned, may receive between two to four cycles total.
  • Compensation for time and travel may be available.
